The library will serve all residents of the community. Persons residing outside of the geographical area but owning property, or attending an educational institution, or employed in the area shall be considered residents.

The Buffalo Trace/Gateway Regional Libraries have a Reciprocal Agreement which states that we do not charge an out of county registration fee for Bath, Bracken, Lewis, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, Rowan, and Robertson Counties.

Residents of FC will take priority over non-residents when it comes to placing "holds" on books.
